Whenever I am asked to be a keynote speaker at a Chicago area event, I usually get compliments on my ability to connect with audiences. They ask if I use some kind of “speaker’s trick.” I tell them I have no trick. I speak from my heart. Maybe they’re disappointed by my answer, but it is the truth.
I truly want people and companies to achieve their hopes and dreams. When you have the opportunity to read about my life, you will find a person who came from very modest means. I overcame adversity to build several businesses, to proudly serve in the military and eventually, to fulfill my deepest personal dream; to inspire others.
Greatness Comes from the Heart
To be effective as an inspirational speaker, I learned that I could not separate “my heart” from my message. Whether I talk to an audience in Downtown Chicago, the Chicago Suburbs, or anywhere in the country, I inspire by being real, remaining true to myself and motivating others to get what they want out of life.
At the end of the Day
Whether you need a professional guest speaker for your business group, a youth motivational speaker or simply a trusted individual coach to help guide you through an organizational challenge, I can help you realize your full potential.
At the end of the day, my work is based on caring enough about people and organizations to see their potentials – even if they don’t see it in themselves at first.
To bring out the best in people is my greatest joy. It is a mission from the heart.

“We now have the tools to be more efficient and resourceful” “I am writing this letter to let you know how pleased we were with Louie. Thanks to Louie’s extremely motivational seminar, Berger Excavating is making huge strides. We now have the tools to be more efficient and resourceful. Not only was I surprised by the event, but the positive feedback from all involved has been overwhelming. Louie had the ability to bring everyone closer as a company and want to work together to make a stronger team. I would strongly recommend this training to anyone and everyone. After the way the economy has been in such a down-turn, this was what we really needed to re-group and focus on the opportunities of the future.”Julie Berger-Chamberlin – President Berger Excavating Contractors
“Staff are still talking about your presentation…”
“Sorry it has taken me a week to get this to you. I want to thank you for coming out to the Mundelein Park District and providing us with a great training/presentation. Staff are still talking about your presentation and everyone that I have talked to, or other supervisors have talked to, really liked it and got something out of it. We had a number of staff that could not attend and I was wondering if the video that you taped on Friday is available to show those who missed last Friday. Many of the supervisors are asking about it. Thanks again for doing such a great job, it’s much appreciated.”
